3-Days Return/Exchange Policy
At Shifora, we offer a 3-day return/exchange policy. You have a window of 3 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.
We guarantee refunds for returned products or canceled orders, provided the item is in its original condition — unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Return/Exchange Process
Upon receiving your return/exchange request, we will initiate the process as follows:
- Return for Exchange: Our assigned courier partner will pick up the parcel from your doorstep within 2-3 days. Please ensure that the item is ready in its original packaging. Once the exchange parcel is picked up, we will promptly dispatch the replacement item.
- Return for Refund: Our assigned courier partner will pick up the parcel from your doorstep within 2-3 days. Please ensure that the item is ready in its original packaging.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can address the issue promptly.
Refunds
Usually, we receive returned products in 6-7 days. Once we receive the parcel at our facility, we will inspect the item and process the refund as follows:
- For Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be initiated through GoKwick, and you will receive the amount in the original payment method within 1 business days after initiation.
- For Cash on Delivery (CoD) Orders: Refunds will be processed through GPay, and you will receive the amount within 24 hours after initiation.
Alternatively, you may opt to receive the refund as store credit, or exchange the returned item for another product. For customized items and products purchased on offer, refunds can only be issued as store credit.
The store credit will be issued as a voucher code (your order number, e.g., SHF1111). This voucher code can be used site-wide and will not have an expiration date. Products purchased using store credit will not be eligible for exchange or return.
