Shipping policy

We offer delivery throughout India, utilizing Express Shipping services provided by courier companies to expedite the delivery of your orders. Please note that courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Therefore, we kindly request you to provide a full street address with a pin code/zip code for delivery purposes.

Our logistics partner is I Think Logistics Limited, and we typically ship products through Blue Dart for efficient and reliable delivery.

Delivery under Normal Circumstances

We deliver orders within 3-5 business days. However, customized stitching orders can take 2-3 days more. Further, deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of courier partners and these vary by locations.

Delivery under Unforeseen Circumstances

Though we aim to deliver within the communicated timeframe, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. In the unlikely event the delivery time exceeds 10 business days, you may cancel your order. For customized clothing orders, a delivery time exceeding 10 days may be required. Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. Upon placing your order, you will receive both a WhatsApp and email confirmation containing your expected delivery details.

Transit Risk

The in-transit risk is borne by Shifora. However, if the package is lost, stolen or damaged after being delivered or left at the customer's address, Shifora shall not be responsible or liable in any way.

Shipment and Tracking Details

We will send you a WhatsApp and email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the courier partner. These alerts will contain the tracking number and logistic partner website details along with the expected date of delivery. Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 5 business hours to become active on the logistic partner website.

In case you have not received the product within 5 working days after receiving the tracking details from us, please get in touch with us at info@shifora.in.

For any discrepancy with respect to delivery, we will not be able to entertain any case reported post 24 hours of the delivery or post 24 hours of receiving the "order delivered" mail from our side.

Time to Ship

In most cases, your order will be processed within 24 hours of placing it. You can expect to receive your order, on average, within 3-5 business days of placing the order under normal circumstances. If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay, we will notify you by email.

Billing Address and Shipping Address

Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills or invoices of the order. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment.
