These general terms and conditions of use apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as “You”) on the Shifora website (collectively, the "Web Sites", "Sites", or "Site"), (hereinafter referred to as “Shifora”, “Us” or “We”), through the Shifora website, mobile website or via telephone.
Shifora is operated by Shifora or its affiliates, subsidiaries, assigns, successors, brands, licensors, licensees, and/or agents. The terms, conditions and notices contained herein (collectively, "Terms") apply to Shifora.
By using Shifora and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the “Terms”). Please make sure that you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order.
Only consumers who are at least the age of majority (18 years old depending on the province/territory), and who are not under guardianship and are not acting in the capacity of a company or business may place an order.
The inclusion of products or services on Shifora at any given time does not imply or guarantee that these products or services will be available. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be those displayed on shifora.in at the time you place your order.
You understand and agree not to:
- Post, transmit, redistribute, upload, or promote any communications or content that could harm or negatively impact our business, products or services;
- Act in a manner or employ any device that restricts, impairs, interferes or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the Site, or impacts the security of the Site;
- Use any engine, software, tool, agent or other device or mechanism (including without limitation spiders, bots, crawlers, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the Site or copy content from it.
We reserve the right to immediately bar access to the site and close the account of any user who violates this or any other provision in these terms and conditions.
Prices and Delivery Charges
The prices displayed on Shifora do not include GST. The GST will depend on the place of delivery and will be calculated during checkout before the purchase is completed.
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be determined based on order size, weight, and destination, and will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.
Ordering/Conclusion of Contract
You may place an order through shifora.in or by telephone. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation. If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you promptly and refund the applicable amount using the same payment method.
Shipping and Delivery
Shifora exercises the utmost diligence in accepting and processing orders and endeavors to deliver your order according to your selected delivery option.
We aim to dispatch non-customized clothing orders within 5 business days following order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed. Please allow up to 5 additional days for rural or remote areas. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. If your delivery exceeds 20 business days, you may cancel your order.
For customized clothing orders, longer delivery times (up to 30 days) may apply. Delivery estimates will be provided before you place the order and confirmed by email.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or return your order from the date of purchase up to 15 days after receipt of the items. You are responsible for return shipping costs. You will find the full Returns Policy on shifora.in.
To cancel or return your order, please include the pre-printed return form in your parcel or notify us by email at info@shifora.in within the 15-day period. Refunds will be issued as store credit within 14 days of receiving your notice and the returned items (or proof of return shipment).
If an item is defective, notify us within 24 hours of delivery and return it as per our Refund Policy. Photo evidence may be required. Defective items reported within 24 hours will be refunded in full, including delivery charges.
Refunds Policy
Shifora guarantees a full refund in the form of store credit or exchange for any items returned in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. Returned items must be in original condition — undamaged, unwashed, unworn (except for try-on), and with all original tags/labels attached.

Our Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Shifora's liability where it would be unlawful to do so. We accept liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of our employees or agents.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits or goodwill). Our maximum liability to you for any order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that order.
Colours and Measurements
We strive to display product details and colors as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee exact display on every device. Item measurements are approximate and may vary slightly depending on materials and production.
Guarantee
If your purchased goods have defects, Shifora complies with all applicable statutory guarantee regulations. In case of obvious material or manufacturing faults or damage in transit, please return the items without delay using the return form provided.
Assignment
Shifora reserves the right to assign or transfer to third parties any claims arising in connection with the delivery of goods.
Severance
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
Ownership of Rights
All content on Shifora — including trademarks, logos, images, designs, text, and other intellectual property — remains the property of Shifora or its licensors. Reproduction or commercial use of any content is prohibited without written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law.
